France is well-known of its' sparkling wines only produced in Champagne region, the grapes used to make Champagne are not found anywhere else in the world due to the particular "terroirs" of the region. It was an inspire night enjoying with the fine bubbles of Champagne of Hélène de Choiseul!

A great trip heading to Moon Bay aboard the classical vessel at Sai Kung pier. Awesome wood boat with a good wine of tasting. About a 3-hour trip and tasting into both French and Aussie wines.
A banquet of Spring Feast with Riesling and Merlot were served at the pre-dinner section. And two reds of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz were pairing with eight main dishes on each table.
All four wine varieties being served this time were ideal for Canton Chinese cuisine.
Bordeaux wine country is the greatest wine growing region in the world in terms of both quality and quantity. Most of the gear wineries are located north and west of Bordeaux on a peninsula flanked by the Atlantic ccean and Gironde river.
Champagnes from Pierry, one of the appellations in northern France. Unlike wines, champagnes are executed to a recognizable house taste each year. But each year the taste varies somewhat according to the crop and weather conditions.
The Hong Kong International Wine and Spirits Fair 2017, held on Nov 9-11 was running successfully. We showcased Blue Pyrenees Estate's award-winning wines, as well as special wines like the rarely imported Sparkling Shiraz and Dry Grown Rose. These had been very welcome at the fair.
The Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 2017 on Oct 26-29 was successfully held. As the opening event for the Hong Kong November Feast, which is a whole month of wine events, street carnivals and gastronomic indulgence, this year’s festival was able to meet with the most exciting chef line-up in Wine & Dine Festival history.

A banquet to celebrate the 63th anniversary of the Hong Kong Kan's Clanmen Association and 39th commitee inauguration. The members and guests from Hong Kong, China and Taiwan were enjoying very much the cantonese cuisines, wines, lucky draws, particularly the wine tasting at pre-dinner reception. Here’s yet an opportunity to connect with fellow participants and old friends before enjoying a hearty meal. It's so cool with total 116 bottles consumed and sold. Greatly appreciate!
