- Elaborated exclusively with the vines planted in the very special hill of Pierry. Premier Cru perfectly expresses the soul of "terroir" with its blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier from the harvest 2010. The 6 years of aging time on lees in the cellars conferred to this champagne a great complexity of flavors. The great finesse with characterized the house style is fully present.
- Festive champagne, can be served on occasion, by itself or accompanied with grilled sesame bread sticks or wasabi crispy prawns.

- The Brut Réserve is yellow, very bright with light golden reflections. Fine bubbles come to feed a persistent collar. It offers aromas of white fruits and honey followed by notes of maturity and apricot. The palate is creamy, supple with a beautiful density. It allows the aromas to express themselves completely to give this champagne a perfect harmony.
- The Brut Réserve is an every moment champagne. Perfect in “aperitif”, it will please those who love to keep it on the table to accompany the meal.

- The effervescence is fine and persistent, creating a beautiful mousse on the surface. The Rosé has an intense raspberry color, slightly tiled, and has a nose of red berries and crushed strawberry. After aeration, the nose reveals greedier notes, evoking pastries and vanilla aromas. In a suave and greedy structure, the mouth is full and bodied as aromas persist to give a very long finish.
- This Rosé champagne of great roundness and subtly sweetened by notes of red berries, will perfectly go with macaroons.

- 2013 Clare Valley "Tullymore Vineyard" Cabernet Sauvignon - The grapes were planted at the Tullymore vineyard in the North eastern foothills of the Clare Valley. Grown on deep red loam and quartz volcanic rock on east facing slopes with an elevation of 450 meters makes this one of the best sites in Clare to grow Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is superbly structured, has fantastic energy and directional flow.

- 2014 Clare Valley Sangiovese - The grapes were planted in Auburn at the Southern end of Clare Valley. The vineyard is on deep red soils with exposed mid rows and a single spur canopy.
